👜 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Poland. Typical delivery times are:

  • Poland: 2–4 business days

  • Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of EU: 4–7 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

At the moment, we only ship within the European Union (EU) to ensure fast and reliable service.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and number.

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us first for return instructions before sending the item back.

❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@gofesq.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging — we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
